Refund policy
Overview
Thottathil allows a return only if the product is damaged or defective or is wrongly delivered.
The return request has to be raised within 2 days of receiving the product by contacting our customer care.
Replacement of the products tendered on the website is subject to inspection and checking by Thottathil's assigned QA check team.
For a hassle-free return
- Customer must raise the request by contacting our customer care at +91 8086009944 or write to us at thottathilonline@gmail.com explaining the issue along with an image.
- Following the acceptance of request from Thottathil to return, customer must courier the product to the designated address.

- The returned product must be in the same condition that you received it.
- Customer must provide with a proof of purchase.
- Customer must mention his/her name, order number and mobile number on the top of the packaging in which the package is couriered in.
