We are traveling in India and planned on purchasing linen of fine quality while in kerala. We researched showrooms here in Kozhikode and Thottathil is a store which has quite a high customer satisfaction rating so we decided to see why. It was an amazing experience. We were warmly welcomed by the staff as we entered this very attractive multilevel store. We were taken by elevator up to the men’s floor and treated so graciously by Ramsheed our salesperson. He knew exactly what we were looking for by our descriptions and was very proud and excited to show us the perfect merchandise for , in color, quality and size. No time wasted; perfect customer service.He then introduced us to his coworkers who were so welcoming as well. After our purchase of some lovely, well made pants and shirts, Reejal appeared and introduced himself. He is a 4th generation owner who has great pride and integrity to his family lineage and his many customers who have been loyal over the years. We had a delightful conversation about many things. He is truly a gentleman and showed us hospitality in other ways. What an amazing experience this store provided for us today!!!
